The license statement on the tswindowclipper page says: "This article has no explicit license attached to it but may contain usage terms in the article text or the download files themselves. If in doubt please contact the author via the discussion board below. A list of licenses authors might use can be found here" The list of valid licenses includes for example GPLv3. Are you considering distributing the Server EXE or Client DLL? The Tokenizer code is only used in the Client DLL, which we are not distributing. I'm not even sure it works nowadays.
