Unless you tell me that you agree to a license change to Apache, the goal of
removing your code stays the same, I think the reasons are obvious in this
case.

The SFLC was too slow to respond, so we are currently in the talks with
Black Duck (http://www.blackducksoftware.com/) to get them to do an IP
assessment on our code base. Hopefully the paperwork with them should be
completed soon. Black Duck is a company specialized in intellectual property
issues, they produce software that help track and identify IP, but they also
offer services where they do the analysis themselves and produce a report
giving you potential issues that should be addressed. When this is done, we
will fix issues, if any, and then we'll consider the license change
complete.
