Summary: Czech qwertz keymap correction

Initial Comment:
I have created a new keymap for czech standard (QWERTZ) keyboard layout (cs, 0x405).

The original "cs" keymap found in rdesktop 1.5 and in CVS, contributed by Lukas Kubin (#1100305), is uncomplete and has several problems which make it unusable, such as remapping the small letter e to EuroSign, as reported in rdesktop bug #1375353 or recently at http://www.abclinuxu.cz/forum/show/181220 (in czech).

The attached keymap has been tested and seems to work for all charecters found on the czech QWERTZ keyboard in Windows.

Message:
I'm not convinced about the merits of the "additional" file. I think that
sequences that are truly common should be added to the "common" file. For
other sequences which are only relevant, say, for slavic languages, could
be added to a new file, but it should probably have a better name than
"additional" in that case.

Also, note that there is already a "cs" file. I'd like to have some
indication whether this new cs file is better than the old one. The optimal
approach is to submit small patches which fixes one problem at a time,
rather than replace the entire file.

Added a new Slovak keymap -- "sk". (The Czech keymap is already usable for
Slovak language, but this one puts "SK" letters into the Windows language
bar ;)
File Added: sk

Added file named "additional" with some definitions of compose sequences
for latin-2 characters. These migth come in handy when switching between
two Central European keyboard layouts, such as Czech and Slovak. It is
included from within my "cs" keymap, but might be eventually merged into
the "common" file.
File Added: additional
