Category: None Group: v1.0 (example) >Status: Closed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Harvey Stein (hjstein) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Mouse position off. Initial Comment: I'm running rdesktop on a linux box to view a windows box. I'm finding that after using the rdesktop window, the linux system gets confused about the location of the mouse. When I click with the mouse, the system behaves as if the click is displaced about 10 pixels up and to the left. After moving another window around, the system syncs up & the mouse location display agrees again with the click locations. Is it possible that rdesktop is eating some of the mouse events so that the X server starts thinking that the mouse is a little off from where the video hardware locates it (I think I'm using the video card hardware mouse)? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Samuel (samhed) Date: 2011-08-17 16:24 Message: It is quite unlikely that the problem is something rdesktop related, but I suggest that you try the newest version of Rdesktop, if you still encounter the problem - post a new support request.
