Summary: higher latency

Initial Comment:
i changed my terminal server clients from windows 98 to
redhat linux 9. i noticed that there is a degradation
in the performance due to a higher latency (latency
increased 10x when i migrated my clients).

im using rdesktop 1.2.0 which comes w/ rh9. i didnt
change a thing except the os of the clients. the server
remained the same.

do i need to make adjustments on the server?
