Put an rdpproxy between your thinclient and the suspect sp2 server.

--sp2 just came out so this is probably a security thing.....just a thought.

Thanks Adilson, I went ahead and tried that and had it dump the output to a log.

I'm getting this message:
WARNING: Remote desktop does not support colour depth 16; falling back to 8

This is kind of misleading since the server is setup to allow the higher resolution and other thin clients are connecting with the correct resolution.
