seamless - popup and pulldown menu's disappear

Hi, I try to run SAS/Enterprise Guide in a seamless rdp session on Ubuntu 7.04. Everything looks fine but when I click on a pulldown menu, it appears and immediately disapperas again. The same happens for the right mouse button menu. When I click, I see a new program in the Gnome taskbar appearing for just a fraction of a second and then it disappears again. It all works fine in a normal rdesktop session. Any ideas to get this program to work seamlessly?
