how to use 5-button mouse w/ rdesktop?

I've got a 5 button mouse(4 buttons + wheel so maybe technically 6
button?) that works when I use the Windows terminal server client but
that I can't get to work as a 5 button in rdesktop. The mouse works in
Firefox, etc. on my Linux system so I apparently have that
configured(though I'm more than willing to double check if there's
something I may have missed) but once I start using rdesktop it ceases
to function as anything more than a 3 button mouse(right, left, wheel).

I didn't see anyone else with this problem so either it's something
silly that I'm missing, or maybe not-so-silly.

Any help appreciated.
