Hello, Daniele! Our company have been using the rdesktop for more than 4 years on more than 700 thin clients. The thin client software was custom developed and based on GNU/Linux, X.org and rdesktop as its major parts. Almost all rdesktop subsystems are used - drive redirection (heavily), printer redirection (rarely) and smartcard redirection (the latter is somewhat fragile). RDP servers are Microsoft Windows 2003. Several problems in keyboard layouts were fixed (AltGr etc), although the patches could be somekind controversial from authors' point of view, thus weren't submitted. Everyday IT administration tasks are done using rdesktop as well. Best regards, -- Ilia Sotnikov ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come build with us!
