Hello, Hoping someone on the list have run into my problems, or at least know how to fix it. Some version infos first: System: Ubuntu-Desktop 10.10 rdesktop: 1.6.0-2ubuntu3 Remote host: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 The first problem: Some of our RDP users use allot of special characters like f.e. Ø - diameter, Alt+0216, but the Alt key is released in the session right after the first of the four numbers are pressed, so 216 is typed out, instead of Ø. if it matters -k sv is used for the cmdline. Is there a way to resolve it so that it stays pressed until actually released, hence working as intended? Second problem: Can the mouse pointer be anything other than BLACK? Third problem: I know its possible in Wyse/Igel and other thin client set-ups to use the local usb ports, usbmemory sticks, printers, and so on, to be redirected to the remote computer, is this possible with rdesktop, or is it just com/lpt? Is there another open source client that can eliminate the above problems and should be used instead, if rdesktop can't do it?
