regarding rsync-ssl & rrsync configure options / path inconsistency

does anybody have a clue,=C2=A0 why we do have "--with-rrsync" configure=
=20
option to optionally
build/install rrsync helper script , whereas rsync-ssl always seems to=20
be included by default ?

wouldn't it make sense to also include rrsync by default or have=20
=2D-disable-rsync-ssl ?

adding --with-rsync-ssl , i.e. disabling by default probably won't be a=20
good idea, as it would be
missing in distros/build as maintainers need to adjust their build env=20
then....

furthermore, rsync-ssl lives in source root dir, whereas rrsync is in=20
support - wouldn't rsync-ssl
also belong there ?
