3.4.4 release today

I'm planning on doing the 3.4.4 stable regressions fix release today.
If anyone wants to see the sausage being made Tao and I will be doing
the release in the public discord general voice channel. See README.md
for discord link. Release party!

We'll start the release process (which will take a while) at 1pm AEST
(Canberra time), so in about 2 hours from now.
We'll also be creating backport patch sets for 3.2.7 and 3.4.1 to make
life easier for LTS distro releases.
There will be a 3.5.0 release as well but not today, more likely
another couple of weeks. That will have another set of security fixes
on top of master.
