Silky 0.4.0 released

Version 0.4.0 of Silky, an easy to use graphical SILC client, brings you
lot's of new features as well as cool bug fixes.

New features include /commands, and translations for Finnish, German,
Italian, Slovakian. See the changelog for details.

Silky is distributed as Windows executable installation package and
RedHat/Fedora Linux rpm binary and rpm source packages. Source tarball
is also available.

Silky website, http://silky.sourceforge.net/
