New SILC server in SILCNet

Hi,

We have a new server in SILCNet from Austria.  The server name is
silc.icore.at, but it will become accesible through at.silcnet.org,
silc.at.silcnet.org, and silc.silcnet.org (round robin) names as well.
The IP address to the server is 62.99.220.126.  The server has been added
to the servers list on the silcnet.org site:
http://silcnet.org/network/.  Ulrich Riedmann (aka. apar) is the admin of
the new server.
