New SILC server in SILCNet

Hi,

We have a new server in SILCNet from Finland.  The server name is
silc.saunalahti.fi, but it will become accesible through fi.silcnet.org,
silc.fi.silcnet.org, and silc.silcnet.org (round robin) names as well. The
IP address to the server is 195.197.175.24 and IPv6 address is
2001:670:3::42.  The server has been added to the servers list on the
silcnet.org site: http://silcnet.org/network/.  Joni Turunen (aka. joni)
is the admin of the new server.
