A good point, I haven't thought about that.  The copyright notices are at 
the top of each file in the toolkit but I guess it should be in the 
COPYING file and the BSD file as well, to avoid confusion.  I will fix 
this to next version and it will be:

Copyright (C) 1997 - 2009 Pekka Riikonen,
              2000 - 2009 SILC Project
All rights reserved.
