+C cmode vs. founder vs. split servers

Hi all.

I'm not sure if it is a bug or a feature :)

Some two weeks ago, me and my friends were experimenting with the +C channel
mode. I created the channel, set it to +psf. Later I set it to +C and put some
10-13 public keys to the list (typing the whole path to keyfile is tiresome
:). When people tried to join, only the first one on the list succeeded. It
did not work for others. Also, only I could see all the keys on the list,
Other on the channel, +o but not +f, could see only one key.

However, that is not what bothers me most. What bothers me is, after some
server splitting cca. a week ago, even I, founder of the channel, cannot join
it and set it to -C. I am not sure if I put myself to the +C list, probably
not. Did anyone consider, whether to override the list for founders? It sure
would be practical for me in this situation :).

It happened to me more times, that after a server-connection problems,
silc-client indicated that I am joined to a channel (the status bar looked
like that),  but in reality, I had to joing the channel again to really be
there.

TIA for any explanation or help on getting my channel back :).

For the record, the channel name is 'strahov', my nick on silcnet is 'nxt'.
