Amusingly I was just asking about this on the silc channel.

I also asked after this a year or so ago, and it was found that  
(IIRC) because of the way the callback hook to rehash worked, getting  
the daemon to reread the publickeydir files was somewhat non-trivial.  
I may be wrong. It was a year ago, and I don't speak C very well.

After some further testing just now, it also seems that a HUP does  
not cause the daemon to reread its config file... leastwise not with  
regards to Client or Admin blocks. Not reloading Admin { } blocks  
seems somewhat odd to me, so hopefully I'm just wrong there.

I'm not entirely certain that this is going to be a show-stopper for  
the current work project I'm doing, but it is on some other personal  
things I'd like to use silc for.

Is any work on this being done, or should I start with the typical  
case of beer bribery? :)
