[WEB REQ] client exits immediately after passphrase entry - silc client 1.02

Hi, it feels like I\'m missing something obvious, but silc immediately exits with no messages (that I can see - it immediately restores the previous screen and redirecting stdout doesn\'t seem to work) after I enter my passphrase. This happens whatever passphrase I use.
Initially I didn\'t have irssi, so I installed it, but it hasn\'t helped.
