problem compiling gaim with silc support!

Hi!  
I wanted to build gaim 1.3.1 with silc support from the source and receive the following output error:

Packages NSS and NSPR, silc-toolkit, silc-client are compiled and installed on the system.  
 
For any help regarding this problem.
