Babbleprint ?

Hello,

I just wondered if anyone could explain to a non-techie what the term
'Babbleprint' refers to in the server dialog that appears when one first
connects to an SILC server.

Is it like in PGP where you can show the fingerprint in hexadecimal instead
of just letters ?
