Key Exchange errors on tikari.saunalahti.fi

I've been seeing key exchange errors on tikari.saunalahti.fi when I get 
a redirect to it from silc.silcnet.org. I think this has been happening 
for about a week.

Other servers don't have this issue and login occurs normally, when I 
select them directly.

I've seen this with the official 1.1.5 SILC client as well as Pidgin 
2.5.1. SILC plugin. The SILC toolkit is version 1.1.7. Tried aes-256-ctr 
and -cbc.

I've reproduced the behavior on 3 machines. All Mandriva 2008.1 and one 
2009.0.
