Get cross compiling error

hi,

I want to cross compile silc-toolkit-1.1.9.
Then i got this error,

| checking for pthread_rwlock_init... yes
| configure: error: cannot run test program while cross compiling
| See `config.log' for more details.
| FATAL: oe_runconf failed

Is that mean silc-toolkit can not be compiled for arm platform?
