earlbot -- a python silc bot

Hi All,

First post to the list, writing to point out a silc bot that I've been 
working on. It is built on pysilc and currently:

has a url title announcer
private tell functionality (leave a message for someone)
seen user functionality
the ability to join multiple channels
and a karma module

It is mostly something I've built to learn python, so it is probably not 
elegant to a seasoned coder, but it works!

I'd appreciate people trying it out and giving feedback (or even better,

I can also run it from my server and have the bot on the silc network if 
anyone likes, let me know.
