Login errors

Lately I've been getting errors from the silc.silcnet.org entry point:

No more free resources (48) Server is full, try again later

This occurs after forwarding to various SILC servers. Manual entry 
either has the same result or a key exchange error.

This is using Pidgin 2.5.7 and the SILC toolkit 1.1.9. Both locally 
compiled.

Any ideas as to how to figure out what's going on?
