Works fine - no problems. I am also using the new 
outbound_domain_...-options. With the old version I had to start a single 
proxy for each provider. Good work!

Nice to hear that.

I Just put in tha Cygwin patch you sent. By the way: the ./configure
script is generated out of configure.in by autoconf.
Can you check that the current siproxd snapshot does build properly
with Cygwin?
