slrn 0.9.7.4pl3 includes true offline reading

Hello everybody!

This week, I *finally* could spend a few days on the development of slrn
again and I used them to implement the long-awaited true offline
functionality in slrnpull.

I have to admit that I did not yet test the new code very thoroughly; if
you want to help testing it, you can still get it from
<http://slrn.sourceforge.net/patches/slrn-0.9.7.4pl3.tar.gz>

If you are only interested in the list of changes since the last stable
release, have a look at <http://slrn.sourceforge.net/patches/changes.html>

I plan to do some more testing, (hopefully) finish the new FAQ and after
that release 0.9.8.0 some time in August. pl3 may well be the last beta
before that, so if you are a translator and can find some time, please
send me your updated po file.
