Second beta of slrn 0.9.8.0

Hi!

Happy new year everybody.

I am feeling bad about the fact that true offline reading still isn't
finished, but I guess that having a new beta without true offline reading
is still better than having no new beta at all, so I decided to release
0.9.7.4pl2 for your testing pleasure - there have been a number of fixes,
improvements and minor new features since the last beta, so I hope you
enjoy it :-)

Translators: I will release at least one more beta before 0.9.8.0, so you
