Need to pass "-liconv" explicitly when building slrn-0.9.8.1pl2

Hello,

A minor detail:

When building the UTF-aware (thanks for making this possible!)
slrn-0.9.8.1pl2 I have to pass "-liconv" explicitly in my
LDFLAGS. This wasn't needed (MacOS 10.3.9) in prior versions.

Before I had LDFLAGS="/sw/lib" (I have iconv installed via fink
distribution); now it's: LDFLAGS="-liconv -L/sw/lib" to make it
work.

>From a quick look at the Makefile I couldn't guess why this is
happening.
