I never finished nor published it, but use an S-Lang script to that
effect. It works with Slrn 0.9.8.1 with some patches (published here)
and S-Lang 1.4.9. It provides something hardcoded similar to Mutt's
$send_charset="us-ascii:iso-8859-1:iso-8859-15:windows-1252". I attach
charset-sending-conversion.sl for you: Could be adapted to UTF-8
environment, and to iconv.
