No, but maybe my set of libraries? Slang needs this:
/sys/utsname.h
/sys/cdefs.h
/bits/utsname.h
/bits/wordsize.h
/gnu/stubs.h
/gnu/stubs-32.h
features.h
and, standard installation of MinGW (Windows and Linux) don't have those files.
I used Linux Ubuntu 7.04 files from /usr/include

Now feedback:
If i use "charset editor CP1250", slrn don't starts editor. After change to UTF-8,
no problem with it.

"charset Outgoing "us-ascii,ISO-8859-2,UTF-8"" is proper configuration?
If i use utf-8 editor, slrn posts utf as a us-ascii, when it should (probably?)
decode it to ISO-8859-2, as ś from my last name is in range of it.

(as perhaps in this post)
