I tried everything from the scratch and in result i got dll's with enabled utf. Strange that size of it on first computer was 630 909, on second 630 778 and yours is 662 999 but we can't have everything, rigt? > What editor are you using? Is it an editor issue, or slrn one? Tried vim, metapad and notepad2. It look rather on windows issue, slrn creates file like SLRN1444778963.0 with 0 bytes length and return to headers window. But, after I quit slrn all created before files have 18b size, with one line "Newsgroups: test" If i change variable of "charset editor", file is created normal.
