[bug-win32] first unicode letter in From and Subject

If first letter in "from" or "subject" is coded in unicode, it is showed as
code of this letter, like <97> or <B3>, in window with posts tree.

Same letter look good in headers window, or with "Re:".

Sometimes, also polish letters, coded in ISO-8859-2, were showed wrong, but 
in pre-69 I doesn't saw it yet.
