slrn site: about.html

Hi,

Work is slowly grinding on for the new slrn site. I have written a
first draft of a short summary of the old site and new site:

I write of a time when I was not involved with slrn or this site so I
was hoping for corrections to any inadvertent inacuracies that I may
have introduced.

You will see that the only blank pages are now the cleanscore and
screenshots pages but my aim is still to proofread / edit / rewrite
the entire site once these pages are in place.
