I have just compiled slrn on cygwin with a bit of a bother. I used the
slang cygwin binaries off JEDs web site and did a default compile to
/usr/local.

The first time, make went fine but make install said:-

make install is up to date

and did nothing. Second time after looking at stuff, I did:-

cd src
make install

and all was well. I can see what is wrong however.
