slrnpull misbehave if no space is left on device

Hi John, I've got this bug report <news:[email protected]> in the german news group de.comp.os.unix.linux.misc: I discovered a misbehaviour in slrnpull. For each newsgroup slrnpull records a .minmax file, memoring the oldest and latest article stored in the pool by xref number. A typical contents would be "123 145". If your disk runs full, slrnpull will overwrite these files with files counting zero bytes. After that, it won't run complaining about not being able to read the .minmax file. If you don't have a recent backup, one can repair this by putting the first and the last article stored for a group in minmax, and slrnpull will be happy again. -------- The user rans slrnpull 0.9.9pre111.
