more about %r and %f in attributions

Here's the "other side of the coin":

In following up to this article:

	Newsgroups: alt.config

	Message-ID: <[email protected]>

I get this in the attribution:

	In alt.config on Fri, 1 May 2009 03:30:58 +0000 (UTC), Kelb tal-Fenek <Kelb>
	wrote:

It seems that when %f can't be set, %R is being used, not %r.

I suppose what I'd like best would be a new variable (called %F?) to represent 
the whole of the original "From:" text.
