Unsub NG always has 0 unread

I don't know if this is expected behaviour, but both in 0.9.9 and
pre-1.0.0-11, if you:

- add a group to the subscribed group list ('a');
- don't subscribe it;
- check for new articles ('g');

the added group is still listed as having 0 unread articles, even when
in fact there are more than 0.
