Hi Thomas, I might offer some help - but mainly if the list server would send mails whenever mail is rejected. mailman is a list server which might work reasonably well, although it can be installed to be a complete mess. Does the server offer options to add further froms to ones own account? Then an auto reply would be good enough to teach users how to manage it.
