Header Display Format Flags

I have the following in ~/.slrnrc:

header_display_format 0 "%F [%20r]:%t%75s %-19g[%17D]"

which works fine and is what I want.

According to http://slrn.sourceforge.net/docs/slrn-manual-5.html, the "%F"
shows the flags. I've been searching for days for a description of what
these flags are, as the details provided in the link do not seem to cover
what I see. The flag details which appear in my article list are:

XXX Y

where XXX is the article number and Y is either a "-" (for most messages), a
"D" (for deleted messages" or a "%". What does the "%" mean? Where can I
find a list of what these flags are.

Also, the "%B" token does nothing -- no additional output is shown if "%B"
is included in the header display format.

Thanks.

T.
