cau.test is a global newsgroup since it has a .outgoing link. Read "man
snsend" for info on what snsend does then. If you only want the article
stored to your local spool, you should run snstore, or preferably
"snmail -s".

Use the -Pddd options to get all the debugging info available. (Documented
in "man sn".)
