It's an interesting situation, and certainly one we should consider. We're
used to http+html, but there's already a lot more to the web than html
documents. What do things look like with them out of the picture?

A blog that exists only in syndication feed form - yep, why not? But then
where would the starting point for hyperlinking be? Lots of questions.

But the discovery angle is easy - if you don't have a html file at
http://example.org/blog/ you just deliver the feed. No discovery needed -
you just get it. Alternately you could just deliver the feed list. The
aggregator will be able to tell the difference thanks to mime type/format.
