Re: Server Reporting "US-ASCII"

To be totally valid, you should ensure that the encoding that you
specify in your XML declaration match the Content-Type header that you
send down.  In this particular case, you should see if you can make
the Content-Type header be:

Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
