Yes it does, but enough, imho.
I'm using RSS 1.0 with rdf tools (jena) and I see mainly following
disadvantages:
1) image is both property and class (which is nasty and makes model
using the property illegal in OWL-Lite and OWL-DL)
2) the ordered association between channel and items makes it impossible
to just merge the triples of two versions of the same feed and have a
useful result
3) classes don't start with an upper-case letter
While the 1.1 proposal solves 1 and 3 it introduces a new problem by
making rss:Channel the root element loosing the RSS 1.0 feature that
every RDF-Model can be serialized to and RSS file iff a resource of type
rss:channel is known as main resource.
