RSS 2 does not have summary element. But in fact RSS2 'description' is
most closely corresponds to atom:summary. I guess your next question
would be what in RSS2 is corresponding to atom:content. Unfortunately
there is no standard way to go here. What I've seen people doing is
one of the following:

1. Using RSS1 module mod_content
[http://web.resource.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/] in RSS2

2. use XHTML:body element

3. use 'fullitem' element. (w/o namespace. Yuck!)

All three ways above are supported by many popular RSS agreggators.
My personal preference would be #1.

I also suppose you can use atom:content element in RSS2 feed, but I
have not seen yet many people doing that.
