Here's an example of rel="payment" in practice:

I interviewed the 2 creators of a comedy show called Channel 102
(http://channel102.net)
On their website, they have a page with a paypal button for accepting donations.
At the bottom of my blog entry, I added a link to their donation page
with a rel="payment" link. So, this does not necessarily have to pay
*me*, but can be used more generally.
An aggregator that supports this could display a payment link or
button along with my post. It just puts that up front as a way to
offer an optional gesture of financial support -- just a way to pass
the hat.

With an HTML microformat, authors and aggregators can implement
support for this feature at the time present while the specifics of an
XML implementation are hashed out.
