Lets be logical about this.  What is going to be used for the domain  
and path for those URLs?  When the feed is picked up directly from  
your website feed reader will probably try the same domain as the  
feed was fetched from.  But, if items are picked up by aggregators  
and show up in other feeds what then?  Relative URLs might work most  
of the time, but fully qualified URLs will always work.
