Make that two. The SimplePie feed parser for PHP (http://
simplepie.org) supports xml:base as well, although it's a parsing
library rather than a full-blown aggregator. SimplePie also uses
some of the aforementioned methods to achieve a more people-friendly
solution to relative URLs in feeds (as is pretty common for bloggers
and such). They're not 100% fool-proof, but they generally get the
job done.
