RE: RSS code not working in IE but showing up in Firefox....need help!

If you open an RSS feed file from a local file, it will not be displayed using the IE RSS view. You'll get the XML rendering (in your case, because you have a stylesheet, it shows an HTML rendering of the content).

You have to serve it from a webserver (even a local webserver) for the IE RSS view to be triggered. I tried your feed out using a local IIS server on my laptop and it works fine.

I have created an rss feed (xml file) that shows up fine in firefox
but doesnot work for IE. What could be the reason..can anyone please
