Unless someone changes their vote before next Wednesday, 
the 'http://www.rssboard.org/rss-specification' has won the day.

This vote is meaningless and nobody should interpret it as approval to 
use the namespace. Let's move forward with spec change text, which if 
approved will result in real change. Unless someone else takes the 
horns, I'll try to come up with text myself in the next week.
